Just because of my picky friend this has no pepper in it, just onion, however I have added extras, so.my.meat consists of chicken, chorizo, sausage and bacon, had white onion in, both cheeses as well.and the chopped tomatoes. During the 45 minute cooking time @ 190 I pulled it out 3 times and mixed the cheese about. I have another one in the oven now where I am going to let the cheese melt and let it bake for 45 minutes then I'll pull it out. Photo to come....
