This is a really quick meal to prep and is a great midweek option for a tasty easy meal.
I doubled the amount of chicken so also doubled the amount of onion and honey and herbs. I like my chicken very lemony and garlicky so I juices two lemons and also added an extra lemon sliced on top of the chicken. I threw in a few extra garlic cloves as well. I prefer to cook with butter then oil so when the chicken and lemon juice mix were added to the slow cooker I placed several knobs of butter on the top
