I wish I would have used honey. as I don't find them sweet enough. I did add about 1/3 c. chopped dates and about 1/2 c. chopped walnuts. Made 13 cookies. To be honest, I would have preferred a larger cookie so either I need to smash them lower or use a larger cookie scoop as well as doubling the recipe. A great recipe to make with children. I used pastry blender to mash bananas.⁰
