So good! When I first tasted the broth it was a little too gingery and savory for me, so I sprinkled in some brown sugar (and a touch of maple syrup) to cut it, and it works amazingly! You don't even taste it. I added more noodles than what was called for, which ended up being awesome, but I would suggest like those above to add more to the broth if you do that, since the noodles soak up a lot of broth in a few hours. SOO GOOD, will definitely make again soonish!
