Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Drain and pat dry your chickpeas. Add your falafel ingredients to a food processor (blender might work) and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides occasionally. This should take about a minute, you still want some texture but you don't want any large chunks.
Form 8-9 falafel patties on a lined sheet pan using about 2 tablespoon of the mixture per falafel.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool and serve.
