It’s okay. The time in the Instapot was more like 12 minutes on high with a quick release. Also, it really needed a lot of salt added as it came out kind of bland. I would recommend twice the fresh basil and more Parmesan cheese. Also, this made a ton of food and more like 12 servings so I’d suggest cutting it in half. I made it for my food prep dinners for the week and I’ll need to have a friend over every night to finish it in 5 days.
