I made it without the frosting, maybe for some it'd be dry like that, but I loved it.
Part 2: I made a double batch the second time and became quite obsessed with these. Very easy to make and it tastes really good. It may be worth being a bit more generous with the butter and cinnamon-sugar as for me it was not that much filling. 4 year old still ate 4 in one go.
Also, watch how much milk you add. For a single batch start with 4 tbsp, not 5-6 as the ingredient list says.
