Couldn’t add a photo because it really doesn’t look appetizing 😅 but it was alright. To be honest, a pressure cooker is not a great way to cook salmon to eat on its own, but it came out better than I expected. The chili was the right choice for seasoning. The mashed potatoes are delicious, I’m so glad I decided to double that part of the recipe. Next time I will peel the potatoes- either that wasn’t mentioned or I forgot. I also added broccoli on top of the salmon inspired by another recipe and it turned out pretty mushy and was difficult to separate from everything else, I wouldn’t recommend. Also this only makes 2 servings, which is a lot less than other pressure cooker recipes. Overall, it made a fine meal, relatively healthy, but next time I’ll probably make the mashed potatoes in the pressure cooker and the salmon separately in a pan.
