I first tasted this at the home of a Spanish friend. What he made was perfection. For the first time at this, I'd give me a B (maybe B-) compared to his. Not sure if that is a reflection of the recipe or my novice skills. Still, it was quite good (if I hadn't had his, I would have rated an A). Looking forward to taking another shot at this.
