This was the best bread ever!!! I did the glaze with whole milk since I didn't have heavy, and it worked fine. I waited till the glaze was pretty cool, added 1/4 tsp salt, and fineshed with a 1/4 tsp salt flake. This bread alone tasted like it had butter melted in your slice already. !! SOOOOO good.
