The chicken had phenomenal flavor. The marinade made it taste sooo good. I wish she would’ve put some kind of time for how long the chicken should bake. I guess I should’ve checked multiple parts of the spit for temperature, because the chicken right next to the onion was not fully cooked even though the top chicken was. When I put it back in the oven it finished cooking. The Tzatziki sauce was super easy and delicious too. So good.
