I tweaked it a little because, like @AlexMac... we use what we have. This sauce did not disappoint!!
No maple syrup? Add extra molasses.
I used Peace River Spicy Bourbon honey and smoked Spanish paprika. Left out the cayenne, as the honey added plenty of heat for our taste.
