This made a really good pavlova, with a yummy coffee flavour. I made it using Nigella’s meringue recipe because I had more egg whites I needed to use up. In hindsight, I’d rather make a bunch of smaller meringues, and make small individual pavlova dishes. Otherwise it was a lovely dessert, and quite simple to make.
