Quick and easy eggnog recipe, I would rather it have a little more spices in it, and I definitely had to thin it out afterwards, but otherwise it was a fun experiment.
I don’t think it was cheaper to make from scratch, though I did like the minimal amount of ingredients, and I wouldn’t say it’s tastier than a good quality purchased egg nog, but if you don’t have access to high quality eggnog, this is an excellent choice.
This makes four servings when thinned out a little, or two if left as is,
