Served with mini roasties and some green veg... Even my 5 year old inhaled it!!
Didn't need anywhere near as long as stated in the recipe, I used a 550g tenderloin, cut into 2, and had it on slow cook in my instant pot for 3 hours - it was melt in your mouth.
Reduced the liquid down and added some cornflour to make a gravy. Nom!
