Very bland, even with added seasonings and heavy cream. Notes to self --
Use entire box of cut butternut squash: don't half it. Diced or shredded carrots would fare better to get in every bite. Try adding some sweet potato or even yellow. Also try adding coconut milk instead and more seasonings like turmeric, paprika, ginger, etc. Minced onion and garlic fared well. Possibly try roasted broccoli or Brussel sprouts at the end. Shredded cheese was good addition at the end.
