I never need to go to Starbucks again for egg bites. These are delicious!
I cooked some in individual cupcake size silicone molds on a cookie sheet and others in paper liners in a cupcake pan. I sprayed both generously with non-stick cooking spray.
The silicone molds cooked in 20 minutes and turned out more attractive than those in the paper liners which needed an extra five minutes.
