Hi, I didn't make this recipe but I baked bread several times. I don't recommand using all purpose flour : try to find a flour with a high-protein pourcentage! It will be better for the gluten development :)

I honestly recommend following her guidance word by word. The type of flour used matters. I used Bob's Redmill Bread flour and it is just divine!
