DELISH!!! I made it pretty much like the recipe - didn't have thyme so I used Italian seasoning to taste. No lemon zest either. Don't thk I had to add pasta water cz I used a potato mashed after cooking to stir and mash the tomatoes - added bacon pieces - and stirred it together with angle hair pasta. Easiest meal ever!!! I was so excited when it was done that I forgot to take a pic LOL. LOVED THE FETA but might try goat cheese next time to see if it's good too.
