This looks amazing! Did you pre-bake at all? Or just put the toppings on before baking? Also, what size baking tray did you use?

Thank you! I didn’t par-bake at all, just sauced and topped it! I used a Lloyd 16x12 Grandma/ Sicilian pan, and only used 800g of the dough. Always comes out perfect! We do about 20min at 500 on the 2nd rack from the top and then throw down individual pieces onto a hot steel as needed for extra crisping 🍕👍🏼
