These were an epic shout, I used a reduced soft French stick, made.my own garlic butter with the recipe, I used 4 garlic gloves crushed them, almost a full cup of butter and generously sprinkled both the cheeses on, layed on parchment paper on the oven on a tray. Will defiantly do again, thanks for sharing!
