Pasta should be under cooked (4 ish min)
Make sure pasta cool and water completely shaken out
Reduce butter to half stick
Make sure milk, butter and eggs are room temp before adding
Add pinch mustard powder, cayenne, nutmeg to milk before adding
First bake may need to go up to 40-45 min (liquid simmering, cheese melted, bubbly). Can do second bake at 450 instead of broiler
