The recipe is on point, as I was transported to Ecuador for a moment when we ate it. I believe the deliciousness was guaranteed also by having bought Ecuadorian shrimps ( from Delhaize, Belgium) with the bio label. The only difficulty was that these special shrimps need to be peeled and cleaned. But all the rest was super easy to achieve. We look forward to repeat the experience for Christmass
