Used my regular pie filling recipe. Froze as directed. Baked as directed, except I kept it covered an extra 15 minutes up front for total of 30 minutes. Uncovered rest of way. Took 55 minutes on last step. Also topped crust with a few tablespoons of heavy cream. Sprinkled sugar on top evenly before baking. Perfect crust.
