Made Thanksgiving 2023. Tart and not too sweet. Comes out nice and smooth and a gorgeous bright purple-red color. Went really well with the spices in the other foods while also being a sweet element to balance all the savory Thanksgiving food. Recommend to make way ahead since it can be served straight out of the fridge.
