Came out a little tough. My pork loin was almost four pounds and was just a little too big for the pot. It did not cook evenly and needed about 20 minutes in the oven to get it up to temp. The marinade was amazing and the gravy.. Im still learning instapot so next time I'll have a smaller piece of pork. Can't wait to try this again.
