I thought it's all doomed as I still had many yeast pieces in the dough when I put it in the oven, but when it came out I didn't notice any while eating it. I probably overbaked it with 20 mins, maybe 15-17 would've been enough. Mine were a bit hard on the outside, but it's like heaven biting into it with the garlic sauce. (Also, mine look like nipples. First time making knots...)
