Wow how delicious! I definitely did some stuff wrong and it was still amazing. So lemony!
1. Set oven temp to 325 for 50 min, but should have used 350 fan. Fixed it by bumping up to 350 fan, covering top with foil and baking addl 15 min. Should have only done 10 more minutes.
2. Added syrup after loaf cooled.
