Very hearty, was a winner with my roommates. I adjusted some of the ingredients to taste and also cooked the lentil filling for a bit longer bc they were still a bit raw.

Maybe you could cook the lentils longer separately, so the lentils are well soft and ready, and then add to the baking dish before you bake the whole dish 😋
