I made it for 7 people. Used 3/4 cup of tapioca, about 400ml coconut milk and 400ml water and 140 ml of water and rosewater syrup depending on how strong you like rosewater taste. Also made a layer of strawberry jelly 350ml water, currents, cream, sago pudding and whipped cream with Amarula and fresh strawberries and toasted coconut on the top. Decorate how you want.
