they came out really nice! to be fair, I didn't add half of all the stuff in the recipe, and I substituted corn syrup with honey since it was more accessible to me. also threw in some vanilla flavoring. it really doesn't take a lot to make candy apples, just mix some sugar, water and honey together :)
