I cut the sausage into coins and omitted mustard seeds & almonds. Increased the amount of sauce, based on other comments, and modified the ratio to have more mustard than honey, based on personal preference.
Also quartered my baby red potatoes instead of halves and some of the larger pieces were still barely cooked so I think you need to extend the time if you don't cut smaller than the recipe recommends.
