GREAT recipe ! The result is not that hard so I would ignore the comments about adding baking soda. The candy thermometer for a stress free experience if not used to working with caramel type recipes. I used a 9 x 13 baking tray and it didn't spread to the edge... Also sprinkled the top with fleur de sel.
