That is the only recipe that i can make my cinnamon roll the right way, they always were too small or not fluffy enough and really sticky. I am sooo happy because I love cinnamon rolls. I made my filling with maple syrup mixed with coconut sugar (and ofc cinnamon) and that is exactly what I needed.
