Made with Mezzetta marinara sauce and pre-shredded cheeses. Everyone in the family enjoyed this. I'll definitely make again!

Boil large pot of salted water, cook pasta shells 1 min before al dente, drain, rinse with cool water to stop cooking.
In cast iron, brown 14-16oz ground sausage. Break up into small chunks. Season to taste (🧂 &P).
Transfer sausage to bowl and stir together with 1 ¾ c. ricotta, ½ c. coarsely gated parmesan, 6-7 chopped basil leaves, 2-3 minced 🧄 cloves, and 1 🥚.
Place one cup of marinara sauce at bottom of empty skillet.
Fill shells up with ricotta mixture and arrange tightly in the skillet.
Top each shell with heaping tbsp marinara, and layer it all with ~1 cup shredded mozzarella (or more).
Bake at 350⁰ for 20-25 mins, until cheese is fully melted & golden. Finish with a quick broil if desired. Let cook for 5 min and top with extra chopped basil.
