To increase the protein content you could add some scrambled eggs (or tofu if you are veg) or 1 slice of toasted bread with ricotta cheese or a cup of cottage cheese (or hummus if you are veg) or you can easily add a scoop of protein powder to the original recipe 😉💪🏻
