It was so good and so easy!
Someone said that they used less beef broth, so it wasn't so soupy. I still used the called amount of beef broth but drained a bit before adding the cheeses.
It was a little bland, but I added a few pinches of cayenne pepper (and I don't usually like spicy), which took down the richness of the cheeses. It also kicked the blandness in the butt!
