I liked this for an easy dinner. I changed a couple things about it. I added the spices to the flour mixture before adding the ham and vegetables. I added the following spices: between 1/8-1/4 tsp black pepper, around a half to a whole tsp of Mrs Dash original, and a half tsp of dry mustard powder. Instead of bread crumbs in butter, I crumbled saltines on top. Baked the entire 15 minutes in a corning casserole dish.
