Won’t show picture of my first attempt. They were sad and rather anemic looking….as though Dracula had sucked all the blood out. However, that was all my error and this time was much more successful. Not quite ready for prime time but taste great. Not comfortable with the whole steam process but I can tweak that with more experience.
