I loved this recipe idea, but I am not keto, so I used only 4oz of cream cheese to cut the fat, but keep the flavor. I also like a lot of spice, so when I taste tested, I needed more heat, so I added 2 chopped jalapeños and seeds of one of them, 2 tsp of chili powder, 2 tsp cayenne, and the rest of the taco seasoning packet. Garnished with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes on top of the avocado and cilantro too, and fried tortilla chips from regular tortillas to enjoy with it. My boyfriend gave his bowl some cheese on top and said he would love this in other meat variations as well, like shredded chicken or pulled pork, which is a great idea for next time we want to make this. It was simple to make and turned out really good 😊
