Would not make again as written. Too vague on what tomatoes to use and may have been the main part of the problem. I used just Roma and felt like it tasted like pasta sauce, not tomato soup. I was able to doctor the recipe with tomato paste (2 tbsp) and sugar (~1 tbsp) and in the end it was acceptable. Will use a different recipe next time and will have to look into the different types of tomatoes more.
