Wow, it's on par with the white sourdough bread we buy from a bakery, with very little effort. I'll definitely try this again. (I baked it in an 8x8 pyrex baking dish at 375 for 45 minutes. Since it looked a bit pale I removed it from the dish and baked it on the rack for another 5 mins. Still pale, but baked through.)
