← Replies in Easy Spinach & Ricotta Stuffed Shells Recipe

So my local grocery store did not have the humongous jumbo shells needed to make this recipe properly. So I bought a package of medium sized shells and turned it into a casserole. I think it'll be okay.

Did it really turn out ok? I already know that our grocery store doesn't have the jumbo shells and I was considering just turning it into a casserole with smaller shells.

It did! I made it again with the proper shells and not only did it take forever, it wasn't as good as simply using the smaller shells.
