Use 1.5 lb pecans, double cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne, 1.5 tsp kosher. Spray the cookie sheet or they will stick.

For sugar free - 1/6 cup trivia brown sugar, 1/6 cup pyure granular sweetener, 1 lb pecans, 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch cayenne, 1 tsp kosher. Shorter cooking time 22-25 min.
