This soup is amazing! But the recipe is missing some quantities. I used 1/4 teaspoon cumin and same quantity turmeric. Used about 1 tbsp ground ginger, put into the sauce pan for 30 seconds along with a bit of extra garlic before adding the vegetable blend and coconut milk. Turned out perfect!
