I didn't hate 'em, but they certainly didn't meet my expectations. There was a bit of a "crust," but it was more chewy than crunchy. Perhaps I should have left them in a bit longer, but I had already increased the cook time by a good ten min. And with all the Old Bay, it was tough to see how dark they were getting.
