Had to switch to fast rise yeast as I was having trouble with my active packet. Otherwise very easy and delicious! Went the whole 3 hours of rest and baked straight on the cookie tray. I’ll try to handle it a little less next time as it wasnt as airy on the bottom half as I had hoped.
