Scrumptious! Going onto the family favourites list! I did add a couple additional spices and doubled up on the existing spices for a bit of oomph. I also undercooked the pork on the sear while butter basting so I could allow for extra cooking time in the sauce to ensure a juicy pork chop loaded with flavour.
