An excellent salsa, this was considered delicious by everyone! I used it as a topping for a chicken taco bowl, and would happily use it in tacos too.
Even my mango resistant husband thought it was the perfect added touch to the meal, and it’s equally good on subsequent days.
I did add some extra lime, simply because we all love lime, but that was the only change I made.
