very nice! tastes surprisingly similar to a regular cake but with undertones of the glutinous rice flour. the chewy texture is definitely the most interesting feature, as you can imagine.
next time id like to try to make it taste more different from regular cake. embolden the other flavors by shifting some quantities, or adding new ingredients...
perhaps more of the glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, and fresh corn? less vanilla extract and/or sugar? add sth new? let's see
